5/14 Segal Update

Hi all, 

Just a heads up that this is one of 3 emails I’ll be sending out today and tomorrow. All 3 will be different and contain important information, so please read all of them. 

Most UAEA members have likely received Segal Class and Comp updates by now - if you haven’t, you should hear something by the end of the week. UAEA is happy to see many of the changes that have been made but we are aware that some members have concerns and/or questions about different aspects of the final results. We are already working on a few things but need a better idea about the extent of member concerns/area of questions so we can address them effectively - as such, we’ve put together a survey to track everything. 

If there are things you would like us to look at in coming weeks, please fill this out with the information you were provided in your official letter. If you need a reminder of your pay grade, please consult the attached table. This survey can be taken by non-members (the questions account for that) but our focus will be on any questions and comments our members have.
