UAEA MOU

The UAEA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal agreement between UAEA and City of Tempe Management that outlines the rights, benefits, and working conditions of the employees we represent. It provides important protections and establishes provisions covering areas such as cost-of-living adjustments, vacation time, and employee rights during investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
