Recently, your executive team requested to increase the dues for the first time in the history of the UAEA. Due to increases in our legal fees and other costs that have inflated during the last two years, we had a difficult choice between scaling back members services or requesting dues increase from our members. As required by the UAEA Bylaws, members vote to ratify any changes in dues or deny the increase. We are please to share that the proposed dues increase was passed by members with a sizable margin. The first $1 (one dollar increase) to a total of $11 will appear on the first paycheck in January 2023, and the second $1 (one dollar increase) to a total of $12 will appear on the first paycheck in July 2023.
